What we collect

When you request a consultation, the form asks for your first and last name, email, phone number, whether you are a real estate agent, business owner, or individual, what you need help with, and an optional message.

The form also records how you found the site: the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (for example from an email or an ad). It does not record anything else about you.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your request, schedule your consultation, and follow up about the services you asked about. Your request is stored in our client management system (AccountGroove), where only Yang Financial Services and the people who help us run it can see it.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Website analytics

We may use basic website analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics never receive what you type into the form.

Tax documents and sensitive information

Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or tax documents through the consultation form. Existing clients should use our Secure Client Portal for documents.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent through this website, or stop contacting you, at any time. Call 215-398-1532 or reply to any message from us.
